“While the location near the Hauptbahnhof is advantageous, reports of cleanliness issues and inconsistent room assignments raise concerns; some guests have described rooms not properly cleaned upon arrival, or being assigned to different rooms than booked. Moreover, instances of unhelpful staff responses and security lapses add to a less-than-ideal experience. Proceed with caution.”
